SMALL GROUP LEADERS
GREETER
The Win For Greeters
As a greeter, we need you to welcome kids at the door with a big smile and to be on the lookout for new families who need help finding their way around. You win when kids feel welcomes and cared for as soon as they walk through the doors so they'll be more likely to connect with others in a small grou.

-You're committed to creating a first impression that is welcoming and friendly for kids and their families.
-You completed and passed the application, background check, and interview process.
SECURITY
The Win For The Security Team
As a member of the security team, we need you to make sure kids are safe, secure, and not fleeing the building or hiding in dark corners. You win when you maintain a physically safe place for kids so small group leaders can better focus on creating a differnt kind of safe place for them in groups.

FOOD SERVICE
The Win For Food Service Team.
As a preparer of delicious snacks, we need you to know that you're not just serving food; you're creating an informal time where groups can connect. You win when kids feel comfortable and cared for so they can go a little deeper in their relationships.

-You're committed to providing delicsiou food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere to kids.

HOST
The Win For A Hosts
As a host on stage, we need you to champion small groups from the platform. You win when you inspire and motivate kids to make their time in group meaningful.

-You're committed to doing your part in creating an energetic and engaging large group experience.
-You completed and passed the application, background check, and interview process.
The Win For The Small Group Set-Up Team.
As a member of the small group set-up team, we need to set up small groups for success-literally. You winwhen you take care of the details of setting up the rooms and resources so small group leaders can better focus on kids.
Qualifications:
-You love God.
-You care about small group leaders and the kids they influence.
-You're committed to serving small group leaders by preparing an environment and taking care of details so small group leaders can focus more of their time on kids.
-You completed and passed the application, background check, and interview process.
COMMUNICATOR
The Win For Communicator
As a communicator, we need you to position the message to set up small groups to win. You win when what you say becomes a springboard for dynamic and meaningful conversation during group.
Qualifications:

-You're committed to delivering a message to kids in a way that is engaging, inspiring, and age-appropriate, under the direction of the Large Group Director.
-You completed and passed the application, background check, and interview process.
